As a new real estate photography agency, I know firsthand how tough it can be to attract clients. You've got the skills, the gear, and the passion, but somehow, those clients just aren't rolling in... yet!
It's a classic chicken-and-egg problem: you need clients to build your portfolio, but you need a portfolio to attract clients. So, how do you break the cycle?
For me, the answer has been to focus on building relationships and providing value to potential clients. That means attending open houses, networking events, and offering free consultations to anyone who will listen!
It's also meant honing my craft and making sure that every photo I take is a winner. Whether it's a sprawling luxury home or a cozy starter apartment, I know that each property has its own unique story to tell.
So, if you're a new agency like me, don't get discouraged! Keep grinding, keep learning, and most importantly, keep taking amazing photos!
